Thank you for volunteering to make sandwiches for the homeless!
We are continually amazed by all God is doing through this generous community. Thanks to YOU, Be The Good has successfully delivered more than 127,000 sandwiches for the homeless and more than 52 tons of food for families experiencing food insecurity since June 2020! NOTE: If you’re sick, please simply delete your sign-up! We want to continue to protect the safety of our volunteers and the guests of Martha’s Table Making Sandwiches:
PBJ, meat and cheese, or nut-alternatives (ex. sun butter) are all welcome. Please do not add condiments to meet and cheese, and leave all sandwiches un-cut. This helps the sandwiches keep longer once they reach their destination.
Please place the sandwiches in individual ziplock bags and slide them back in the loaf sleeves! You're welcome to write notes of kindness on the individual ziplock bags if you wish!
Please wear gloves and pull your hair back when making sandwiches to protect the health of our neighbors receiving the food!
Sandwich Drop-Off:
The drop-off window each week is Sunday 5:30pm-7:00pm. Please text when you successfully drop-off with your last name and the number of sandwiches delivered! If you need a different time, please text Amber!
Spreading the Love:
If you’re willing, we’d love for you to text us photos of you prepping sandwiches before delivery! We love sharing them on FB and IG!
We would also love for you to follow and tag the Be The Good Project Facebook group and Instagram feed, where we share continued updates!
As always, we’re accepting no-contact non-perishable donations outside for families who need supplemental and emergency groceries!
THANK YOU for your willingness to help! We are so grateful for each one of you!
